Shake it!

So, in my travels, I found a card challenge at Quick Creations to make a shaker card. I don't know how to make shaker cards.....! PINTEREST!!!!!  After an hour or so of random searching and Pinterest tangents, I found a couple of tutorials. Didn't seem so hard, so I went to work.

I used this cute little Owen stamp from The Greeting Farm, my Spectrum Noir markers and a bunch or random paper scraps.  Inside the shaker are a couple of buttons and some flowers punched using a SU! flower punch. I also used the SU! Three Little Words stamp set.

Here's what I came up with. Hope you like it!

Saturday!

Yeah! I've been waiting all week for Saturday! It's super cold outside, so Saturday means copious amounts of coffee and lots of crafty time!

My first creation today... The "Thinking of you" challenge from Kraftin' Kimmie stamps. I used the set Coffee & Friends because when I'm thinking of my friends, it mostly involves visiting over a cup of coffee. I colored the image with my Spectrum Noir markers and used scraps of paper from my "I can't throw that away, I may use it for something someday" bin. (I'm a shameless paper hoarder!)

Without further adieu....

Unity!

Happy Sunday everyone!!!! I was searching for some inspiration today and ran across a post by Unity stamp company. That led to me clicking on their FB page and scrolling for an hour or so just checking stuff out, then I decided to search for the current challenge. I couldn't find it, so I posted "what's the current unity challenge? Help!!" The unity community is so amazing!!!! I had a reply within a few minutes with a link to the challenge blog! So, without further adieu: here's my pink and red be inspired challenge card (with some purple and green😉)!!!

Farm Fresh Friday

Oh how I miss TGF! I'm seriously addicted to the style of stamps the make. The kids are sooooo adorable with their huge heads and cute expressions. Then there Anya, oh sweet Anya. I just love The Greeting Farm!
The Fatm Fresh Friday challenge this time was "Anything Goes!" So here goes anything...
I have recently begun taking coloring classes from Kit and Clowder, I must say they are worth every dime! I can't wait to take more!  I used SU! Papers and flowers I got from Michael's Craft store, I color with Spectrum Noir markers.  After a few cups of coffee and lots of snail adhesive this is my entry into the Farm Fresh Friday Challenge. Now I'll cross my fingers and hope my name is called, so I can adopt more TGF kids. Ha ha ha!

Kraftin' Kimmie!

A absolutely adore the Kraftin' Kimmie stamps!! I'm an addict of surfing their page and wishing I had all of them! I'm even guilty of filling my cart, only to unload it and fill it back up. Ha ha ha
So, as I was surfing Facebook the other day, I noticed there were some challenges from KK that I could enter and try to win some of my beloved moonlight whispers girls! Naturally I was super jazzed!  Then I looked at all of the cards and realized just how novice I am! Bummer!
Here's my first attempt at a card for the KK challenges! This one satisfies the Glitter challenge (gosh I hate glitter), the Wonderful Wednesday challenge (anything goes), and the Sketch challenge (tilt your head to the right, yup, see it?).
Happy hump day ladies!!!
