Happy Birthday to The Rabbit Hole Designs!

Well, I'm sure you've heard the news by now, The Rabbit Hole Designs is Turing one year old!!! So grab some cake, smash it in your face, and check out all the cute stuff that's going on for the celebration!!!!

Ok, so let's start with the sentiment.  It totally cracks me up.... the amount os snark in the Sassy Birthday 2 sentiment set is so awesome!  I literally sat at my desk and read them all like 5 times and even then I had a hard time deciding which one to use.

This new stencil is called "Twisted Sunshine" and I'm totally in live with it!  I just stared grabbing Oxide Inks and sponge daubers and blending my little heart out.... it's soooo cool!  I added a fed Nuvo drops too, because, well, you guys should know me by now! hahahahah!!!!

I hope that you are having a blast celebrating the one year birthday with TRHD and Don't forget to comment because there's prizes involved!  Here's the deets: To celebrate day 3 of inspiration The Rabbit Hole Designs is giving away the stamp set Scripty Birthday and the Twisted Sunshine stencil to one lucky winner. Winner will be chosen at random from the comments left on participating blogs, so make sure to visit each stop and leave a comment. Leave comments by 11:59 p.m. PST 01-02-2020. It's a Happy Birthday Release!

The Rabbit Hole Designs has their one year birthday this January, so they are celebrating a little early with this release!  I just love birthdays!  So much fun!  Here's my first project to share with you:

I used THREE new products on this card!  Eeeeekkkkk!!!! The first is the new and totally amazing "Drop It Stencil."  It totally reminds me of a game of Tetris from way back in the day.... right?  I used a variety of Pink Distress Oxide inks on my Sweet Sentiment Coloring paper to create this fun, fast, and simple background.

Second: I used the new "Scripty Happy Birthday" stamp.  I fussy cut the letters by hand because I wanted them cut close.  They are stamped in Momento Tuxedo Black ink on my Sweet Sentiment coloring paper.

Third: I used the awesome "Sassy Birthday" stamp set.  OMG, this set has sooooo much sass it's AWESOME!  It's going to be my "go-to" for MANY birthday cards in the future.

So, now that you've read all that.... heres some info on PRIZES!!! Awe yeah! To celebrate day 1 of inspiration The Rabbit Hole Designs is giving away the stamp set Scripty Birthday and the Drop It stencil to one lucky winner. Winner will be chosen at random from the comments left on participating blogs, so make sure to visit each stop and leave a

Hi everyone! Welcome to another challenge at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!
Saturday challenges mean themed challenges.... and themed challenges are my favorite! The theme this week is.... BIRTHDAYS!  ....and that's SUPEr fitting as today is my son's birthday! So, this card was made with him in mind.

I used one of the kids out of the "Sporty Boys" set and my awesome Distress Oxide Inks for the background.  I also used a die from Gina Marie Designs for the black hex accents.

We always enjoy your creations so be sure to submit them so you can have a chance to WIN a $20 gift card to the Shop!! Show us your stuff!! In keeping in line with the rest of our challenges (Wonderful Wednesday and our NEW Krafty Scrappy Challenge), we will be drawing one winner per month from all Saturday Challenge entries to win a $20 gift card!! Look to the skies!

It's Wonderful Wednesday and that means another "anything goes" challenge.

My friend asked me to make a card for her dad for his birthday.  The only thing she gave me to go on is that he was in the Air Force and that he has a blonde Yorkie dog that he takes EVERYWHERE with him.  Not a lot to go on there... but..... I knew I had the PERFECT stamp set to make the card... I used..... "Sky's the Limit!"

I Just love how this one turned out.  I had that sweet little airplane charm and the cool bakers twine to add, along with all of those fun clouds! I used a die to cut out the image and of course I used a ton of pop dots (I really should buy stock in a pop dot company).

Ok, so I hope that this inspires you.... go forth and craft you wonderful people! Tootles!

T-R-O-U-B-L-E

Ermergersh I love this set!  Ok, yeah seriously, I adore these sweet little trolls!  How stinking cute are they?!?!?!?!? This is day 2 of the Release at KKS and I think this is the cutest set of stamps ever!!!! Here's the set: (it's called Troll Trouble)

...and here's my card:
To make this card I cut a bunch of circles using a Gina Marie die called Stitched Circles and then I used some Doodlebug paper and satin ribbon.  I also used about 5000 pop dots to add a bunch of dimension to this card.  Super fun and so bright! EEEEKKKK! Love them!

Ok, so once you get over how cute they are, hop around to all of the DT's and GDT's blogs and leave some love! One lucky comment will win a big ol prize on release day! Woot Woot!  Tootles!

Welcome to Day TWO of our March Krafty Peeks  at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!

We've got a super sweet stamp set to share with you today! This one is from artist Becky Pearce and it's called DARLING DRAGONS!
These chubby little dragons are ready for some magical creations! The set comes with several main images, lots of cute accessory stamps and four fabby sentiment stamps for a total of FIFTEEN stamps in the set!

I chose to make a shaker card today!  I mean, these adorable little dragons needed something fun to play in right?  Why not a bunch of sparkly sequins?!?!?!  The rainbow polka dotted paper is from doodlebug "Take note" 6x6 paper pad, and the sequins are just a mix I made from my extensive collection of sequins! I used 2 pieces of acitate to put that little orange dragon and all of his sequins between and create the "shaker."

Be a square!

Good morning Krafty people!!!! I'm here today sharing with you a Square card!  Yeah, I rarely make square cards.... I don't know why... I mean, I have NOTHING against the shape.... I just get stuck doing my 5x7 cards.  It's muscle memory.  I sit at my desk, I cut a 5x7 card base, I pick papers, I find an image, I color..... it's comfortable, it's habit, and I LIKE IT! HA HA HA!

So when I saw the challenge at Kraftin Kimmie Stamps, I decided to "do something different" and stop being a "square" by making just that; a square card!  The challenge this week is to make a square card, in case I hadn't said that enough, and you can click here to find the details.

On the top of my paper bin has been this orange piece of paper that is covered in cute old cameras!  I love it and I can just never bring myself to use it... that was going to end today! I also knew that SOMEWHERE in my stash of charms I had this little camera that would go perfect.  Which led me to the "Oh, Snap!" set by KKS! (Unfortunately it's not available for purchase any longer.)  I just adore this set and I had so much fun coloring it!

...and here's the inside!

To color the image I seriously used 45 Copic markers! Yeah, that shocked even me.  But it was fun and I had coffee, so I kept going.

I hope that you join in with the Krafty Girls at Kraftin Kimmie Stamps and make a square card. There is a prize for the winner! Prizes are always good!!!
I have enjoyed being a Krafty Guest Designer this month and I have some super duper exciting news!!!!!! I got asked to be a guest designer again in February!  I'm soooooo excited!  So stay tuned for more KKS! He he he!

Have a Krafty Day!

A little Friendly Challenge

So, I have this Canadian friend, her name is Leah, and she and I chat a lot.... well.... we message a lot! Ha ha ha! Thank goodness for technology (most of the time)!  So, in the course of our chatting we decided to challenge one another to a little Friendly Crafty Challenge.  It goes like this:  Each month one of us is to mail the other some element for a card (or other project) to use.  It could be something we love, or something we hate, or whatever.  But the challenge is that we BOTH have to make a project using that element.

So, here is my first project using the item that I mailed to the great white north!

You can pop on over to Leah's blog and check out her post as well (http://odetopaper.blogspot.com/2016/08/a-fun-friendly-challenge.html) to see what you think is the element that we both used! Comment on both of our blogs and let us know!

Hope you all have a crafty day!
